Yukon Gold and Purple Peruvian Potatoes, I ended up putting up scrap fencing around this bed to keep the plants out of the paths. I dug this bed out completely, planted the potatoes and then filled in with compost and soil as they grew. I got about one and a half pounds per square foot.
